Your Adoption Plan (for adoptive parents)

We understand the difficult road you have traveled to become parents, and what has led you to choose adoption to achieve parenthood. The majority of us at A Bond of Life Adoptions have traveled the same roads that you have to become parents. We have been through the endless ups and downs of medical treatments, and the emotional tolls infertility takes on individuals and couples. We can relate and understand the feelings you have encountered that lead you to seek adoption. Adoption is a unique and rewarding process that is going to bring you your future child, and at the same time meet a very special person who is going to give that gift to you, your birthmother. Your birthmother is the most important wheel in this process and whether your adoption is open, semi open, or closed once you are home with your baby, you must understand the importance of the wishes of your birthmother that is going to give you this gift. Please be prepared to work with A Bond of Life Adoptions in listening to the needs and feelings that your birthmother will express, and the decision she is making for her child and the honor that she has selected you to raise that child. Working together A Bond of Life Adoptions will listen to the needs of our adoptive families and the needs of every birthmother that contacts our agency.  Every birthmother that contacts our staff is of the utmost importance and will be treated with dignity and respect no matter what her situation. We care we listen and we help everyone who is involved in our adoptions.
